Paul Brown Internship Award

DEADINE: APRIL1 2024

In memory of long-time OGSA Member Paul Brown, who passed away in 2017, GC Duke Equipment offered funding in the amount of $1,500 to support one intern in their quest to acquire knowledge. Monies can be used for any internship related expenses.

TO APPLY:

This bursary is to support a Guelph Turfgrass student partaking in a 2024 internship anywhere in the world. We will require an emailed essay from the applicant describing their career to this point and what you hope to gain from this internship. • Open to OGSA members.

• The applicant must be enrolled in a recognized turf program.
• The applicant must be planning on pursuing a summer internship in the golf course turfgrass industry and provide a confirmation letter from the club.

DEADLINE TO APPLY: APRIL 1, 2024

Statements will be reviewed by representatives from both GC Duke and the OGSA following which a presentation will be made at the OGSA Conference.
